Pegasus Legal advised GK NRE-32 Investment, an entity managed by Nippon Renewable Energy, part of Vena Energy, on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract (EPC Contract), supply contracts for key equipment and an Operation & Maintenance Contract (O&M Contract) for the Kasama Solar Project in the Ibaraki Prefecture. Pegasus Legal also provided a legal opinion to MUFG Bank and The Joyo Bank, the project finance lenders.
Once in operation, the 53 MW project will generate enough clean energy to satisfy the electricity requirements of over 14,000 households yearly.
