4MW Single Axis Tracking PV project
Advised juwi Renewable Energy on the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a 4MW solar farm a the Agnew Gold Mine. The EPC contract was negotiated with Energy Developments Limited (EDL). The project consists of a 4MW Single Axis Tracking PV installation together with cloud forecasting and an advanced microgrid control system to enable integration with the mine off-grid network. Together with the thermal power station, being provided by EDL, the project will supply reliable electricity to the critical and non-critical loads of the mine site.
