Pegasus Legal advised Amateras Solar GK (part of Vena Energy) on the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract and Operation & Maintenance Agreement and related documents on the Amateras Shiroishi Solar Project in the Miyagi Prefecture. Pegasus Legal also provided a legal opinion to the project finance lenders.
Once built, this will be one of the largest solar projects in Japan.
