PRESS RELEASE: 15 January 2019
Pegasus Legal welcomes back Swati Johri
Pegasus Legal is proud to announce the return of Swati Johri, one of its co-founders, in a full-time capacity.
Prior to Pegasus Legal, Swati worked at Allens and Minter Ellison in Australia, and at Ashurst and K&L Gates in London, with a focus on social infrastructure and energy projects. She co-founded Pegasus Legal with Gerald Arends in 2013, working on Australian and Asia-Pac renewables. Most recently, she spent time as a Director in the Infrastructure and Urban Renewal team at PwC and provided financial and commercial advice on a range of public sector infrastructure programmes and renewable energy projects.
Her return marks the start to what promises to be an exciting year at Pegasus Legal, with new initiatives and service delivery models in the making.
Swati notes: “I am really excited by my return to Pegasus Legal and I am looking forward to help drive our new projects and initiatives. The activity in the renewable energy and infrastructure markets can only be described as frenetic. The agility of our business model, combined with the strength of our experience, puts us in an excellent position to help our clients maximise their numerous opportunities.”
Gerald observes: “I could not be happier to have Swati back in the business. While she had never really left, her commercial acumen and legal skill will be a tremendous asset going forward.”
Pegasus Legal will make further announcements in the near future.
