Winners of the fundraising raffle held at the Pegasus Equinox Solar Networking Event in March, had the opportunity to take Clenergy TeamArrow’s Arrow1-GT solar car out for a spin on Saturday the 22 July 2017.
The Arrow1-GT is one of the world's fastest single-seater solar cars, clocking in an impressive qualifying speed at the 2013 World Solar Challenge of 126 kilometres per hour!

All funds raised in the raffle went towards purchasing solar cells for Clenergy TeamArrow’s next vehicle which is intended to be a world-first road registered and serially manufactured solar car.
